Technology-only
Your own team operates Optio directly under your brand, with Optio providing the platform, training, and technical escalation behind the scenes. You stay closest to the client relationship, day to day.
Full admin partnership
Optio takes on implementation, migration, and the day-to-day running of the plan, equity event processing, reporting, and reconciliations, while you keep the client relationship, governance, and commercial ownership.

Two national exchanges that selected Optio to power equity administration in their markets, each running their own institutional diligence before choosing us.
TMX partnered with Optio to bring equity compensation to the Canadian listed companies it already serves, launching as "TMX powered by Optio." It is Optio's formal entry into the Canadian market, with TMX's own team operating the platform under its brand.
